Only a block from the sand, our new homes feature panoramic roof decks with ocean and bay views, high ceilings with large windows for plenty of natural light, quality bedding, and new appliances in a fully equipped kitchen. One block from the beach, walking distance to countless restaurants and tasting rooms.
Built, designed, and managed by local San Diego families, the space reflects their love for and investment in the delightful and quirky Ocean Beach community. It is intended to offer individuals, couples, friends, or families a retreat to one of the last true beach towns in Southern California.
Inside, the home is bright, modern, clean, and professionally decorated and furnished. The first and second homes each can sleep up to 11 people in a unique arrangement of bedrooms and loft spaces. The first bedroom offers a queen sofa bed, two twin beds in a loft, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and bathroom. In the common space, there is a semi-private sleeping loft with a queen bed, a reading nook with a twin mattress, and another full size sofa bed. The common space has a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, and a full bathroom.
The third home sleeps up to 7 with two private bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom and a semi-private loft above the kitchen. Off the main living space is a half bath and the common space contains a fully equipped kitchen. There’s a Smart TV in each bedroom.
Each home features a large 600 sq ft rooftop deck with amazing ocean views, chairs, loungers, and a BBQ. You won’t find anything like it in the area — dine, listen to the waves roll in, or watch an amazing West Coast sunset from your own private space.
The home is located one block from the sand and surf. Situated in the heart of Ocean beach, it is also within walking distance to numerous locally owned restaurants, microbreweries, and unique shopping.
The property is meticulously maintained, and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked before each guest. Self check-in is easy, and management is quickly accessible and available for questions and recommendations.
While we offer privacy and autonomy to our guests, we will also gladly offer recommendations at your request. We are always available by phone and can be on site quickly to troubleshoot any problems.
Other things to note
Parking – All three homes have between 1 and 2 private parking spaces. Availability of on street parking depends on the day and season. Most parking on streets the around property has a 72 hour time limit, but be careful of street sweeping days. The lot at Dog Beach is one block away and often has availability during street sweeping. Do not park your car at the beach lot overnight.
Kitchen — Equipped with full-size fridge, gas stove top and oven, dishwasher, toaster, and blender. It is also furnished with plates, bowls, eating and cooking utensils, pots and pans, bake ware, and mixing bowls/cups. If you’re missing anything in the kitchen during your stay please let us know and we’ll do our best to get it to you.
Bedrooms — Each home has two private bedrooms. Specific layouts differ per home.
Bathrooms — Each bedroom has a private bathroom. The Master shower is outdoor. There is also a full bath with a shower off of the living room peculiarly making this house a two-bedroom, three-bath home. Towels and toilet paper are provided. We also provide shampoo but not body wash or conditioner.
Rooftop deck — Offers panoramic views from the three-story home, furnished with chairs loungers, and a BBQ.
Ladder and stairs — The home is three stories and requires use of stairs. The lofts are accessible by an indoor ladder and is not recommended for young children.
TV and internet — Televisions are located in the queen futon/twin bedroom and in the living room. They are equipped with Roku so you can log into your personal Amazon, Netflix, and Hulu accounts. Free WiFi is available in the home. (The televisions are not connected to traditional cable.)
Security Cameras — For your safety and ours, there are surveillance cameras outside of the home and around the property. There NO cameras inside of the home. Your privacy, safety, and comfort is our #1 concern. The cameras protect both of us in case of something happening.

Located in Ocean Beach, known as “OB” locally, a charming beach neighborhood and the closest beach to downtown San Diego.
At times called California’s last authentic beach community, this secluded part of San Diego is often only disturbed by the flights overhead. Ocean Beach is San Diego’s only urban beach. The streets are small and the amenities are close. Everything is within walking distance including groceries, coffee, beer, pizza, and a host of other fantastic restaurants.
